G-TAC Management Consultants will offer a business management workshop tailored specifically to address business growth opportunities for professional artists. The workshop program, funded through a government grant, gives typically overlooked industries and professionals access to executive-level consulting. Topics covered during this interactive workshop will include keys to transitioning from entrepreneur to business leader, what it means to think strategically, and how to market your business/art in the most effective and efficient way.
Eligibility Requirements:
Professional business in metal working
FBN/DBA (if applicable) and/or a California business license
Response Commitment to complete mandatory impact survey at the conclusion of the workshop and an identical impact survey 6 months following the conclusion of the workshop.
