CRAFTBOSTON SPRING: April 19 – 21, 2013

A competitive show comprised of 200 exhibitors, Craftboston Spring is a highly regarded, must-attend event for artists, collectors, and craft enthusiasts. Presented at The Seaport World Trade Center on Boston’s waterfront district (near the Institute of Contemporary Art), Craftboston Spring is conveniently located in one of the city’s rapidly rising cultural hotspots. Craftboston Spring draws its crowds from this burgeoning tourist destination, a loyal local population, and the affluent suburbs of the greater Boston area. It is also minutes from the city’s finest restaurants, shops, museums, and attractions. Additionally, Craftboston Spring features work by emerging artists from leading schools and universities, an artist mentor program, a craft book seller, an educational lecture series, tours for special interest groups, and informational booths promoting nonprofit craft organizations.

CRAFTBOSTON HOLIDAY: December 6-8, 2013

Craftboston Holiday is a selective display of 90 artists at The Cyclorama at The Boston Center for the Arts. This 19th-century brick building creates an intimate showing and shopping experience. Located in Boston’s Historic South End, the show is aligned with an area well known for rich cultural arts events, galleries and organizations. Craftboston Holiday’s timing draws large crowds of affluent city collectors ready to buy.

"Im doing the standing room only on the dance floor at Santana. I stand all day at my work bench so standing through a concert is no biggie for me. Otherwise, after the show or the next morning we could have breakfast and head into the jewelry…"
