Enamel fused onto copper turns this humble metal into an amazing range of colors and textures. Enamel is a versatile medium that can be used to create a spectral colors from shimmering golds and blues to muted tones resembling stone. Fusing enamel with a torch is a spontaneous and direct approach to this transformation process and offers a greater range of fabrication opportunities. Color design, enamel application and effective use of the torch are the technical focus throughout the class. Open to all levels.
