The submitting artists grant full permission for their images to be used in all promotional efforts the exhibition organizers, the exhibition venue, and SNAG undertake, this is not limited to postcards, posters, e-dissemination via email and social networks. Care will be given to credit the photographer wherever possible. No compensation will be given for images used in this manner.

Attach separate TYPED word.doc, about 1000 words, statement may be edited by exhibitions organization and gallery venues for clarity and space.
Provide up to three (3) images of the work in progress and up to two (2) of the finished piece.
Image format: jpg preferred.
Only send in high resolution images at 300dpi, each image should have a minimum size of 6” x 9” or 2000 x 3000 pixels.
Clearly label each image and list it in your descriptions correspondingly.

One (1) entry fee per team submission. Clearly mark your payment with both your last names, example: Smith_Jones_Garnish_Submission.

Artist Notification (Core Exhibition Group): March 1, 2015
Artist Notification (Gallery Choice Exhibition Groups): April 15, 2015.
Artists chosen for the gallery choice group will be notified separately and directly by the galleries that picked their work.
Delivery to first location: On or before May 1, 2015.
Address to be confirmed with participating artists.
Do not send original artwork to any venue unless you have been notified of your participation. If you send work by USPS, or other mail carrier send it with a Signature Upon Receipt requirement at a minimum so that you know that your work has been received! Neither SNAG, the exhibition organizers, nor the gallery venues can be held accountable for shipping issues that occurred during transfer. It is the artist’s responsibility to obtain proof that the work has arrived.
