20 New Professionals Work Exchange positions
at the

FLUX 2011
2011 SNAG Conference
May 26 through 29, 2011 in Seattle, Washington

The Sign up email will go out January 20, 2011, at 9:00 a.m Pacific Time. Only 20 spaces are available, on a first-come, first-served basis. We will also have a wait list.

Work six hours at the conference and receive a refund of 40% off the member conference rate. All refunds are made after the conference ends. You must complete regular registration for the conference even if you respond to the sign up announcement.

How do we define a "New Professional"?
If any of the following apply to you, you are eligible as a New Professional.
  • You graduated from a college or university in 2009 or later.
  • You have taken classes in metal arts or related fields in the past three years, but are neither a student member of SNAG nor an established artist/metals professional.
  • You are transitioning from any profession into one related to metal arts, jewelry, or design.
  • You have been the recipient of an emerging artist award within the past three years.
  • You self-identify as an emerging artist.
Note: Student members of SNAG are not eligible for this work exchange. See the Student Work Exchange program for student members.
