Sorry to hear that your wife has been ill. As if life has not been challenging enough....
Yes, I am fearful for the economy, our marketplace, our country. Things had been going OK until Oct. I have been OK, but it has been a struggle. I am counting my blessings and grateful for any opportunity that comes my way.
I really do want to go to the conference.
Good luck with everything. Good to be in touch.
Take care,
Michele
Thank you very much for your membership payment and support of the crafthaus community. Your membership is good through 4-15-2010. Be well and let me know your comments and suggestions on future improvements of the site. Thank you.
Donald, Is it possible that you are the same Donald Friedich I met in
in Europe many years ago. If so you were a friend of a German enamellist, who's name I have forgotten. You were working in Glass.

Donald, It was a lot of years ago, don't remember just when. The girl
was in to some strange thing where they screamed and beat pillows.
She was in US later making large enamel vases, as I remember. Haven't
seen her work for many years. Rachel Not even sure what country, we
traveled a lot. You look so young.
Hello Donald,
Thanks for your contact. I am certainly attending the conference. I think crafthaus will be having a gathering for all to meet up. Besides that I'm sure we will find each other at some point. It's shaping up to be a great event. I can't wait.
Cheers,
Anthony
Hey Donald,
Our meting at SNAG was too short. It was a great conference. I hope you enjoyed yourself. I'm looking forward to next year for sure. Take care.
Thanks! I appreciate that. Yes, I did go to undergrad at BG. I'm going to grad school now at Indiana University, Bloomington and am getting ready to mount my thesis show at the end of April. That's really nice of Charon.
Thank you! The discs are made of a frosted drafting film (Mylar) and a clear acetate, with small sections of silver tubing holding them in place on the cable.
