I have become more aware and conscious of depleting the earth’s resources. I decided to use only found materials that would have otherwise been discarded in my new body of work

The wood was found as off cuts from my dad’s workshop, a lot of the beads were found among my clutter or re-used from old necklaces and the textiles were found from old bits of curtain trim.

In a society that has become so throw away I have used these items to create artefacts of beauty.
