Hello Gene - Sorry you are encountering difficulties Every photo regardless of when it was uploaded can be tagged the same way:

• First click on the specific photo you want to make changes to
• Click on the OPTION drop down menu
• Add tags (name, title, location, media etc.)
• Click save.

i cannot add location nor tag for older works.
