Philip Treacy is the bee's knees and I hear fascinators are back in vogue in a big way.  Knightbridge, you say?  Here we come :)  

I heard once that a "fascinator" was originally called a "whimsy."  Ahh...sweet whimsy ;))  xoj

I saw this image come through and had to think of Princess Beatrice immediately. You could really have another great career going in the UK with this line of hats, ahem, fascinators. 

Now, where's your new London boutique again?  I heard Knightsbridge is a pretty swanky area... ;-)
