Comment by The Justified Sinner on June 6, 2012 at 2:28am Callie, I normally would leave the file textured on both sides and would never use a file with a really coarse texture but this one has a flat, polished back, which is how the file was made.
Comment by Callie Shevlin on June 4, 2012 at 6:32am I really love this, I haven't seen it before, is the texture removed from the file where it touches the wrist?
Comment by The Justified Sinner on February 6, 2012 at 2:49pm Thanks, Marcus! I love these old files. I've made quite a number of these over the last few years but have never had them photographed before.
Comment by marcus marguillier on February 6, 2012 at 4:00am Interesting piece.
The file makes it most intriguing.

For the next 13 months we'll discuss the trials, triumphs, and tribulations of exhibiting in art shows as emerging artists and established artists. Exhibition coverage will be balanced with tips on how to strategically build a legacy over a length of time, in a way that makes sense to your individual goals as an artist and maker.
Join us each month! There will be surprises around every corner, with photos, videos, SNAG conference coverage, and occasional interviews by rising artists!
