Orange and Green Wallflower Necklace

Each link of this durable, but lightweight, vinyl wallpaper chain is hand-cut and affixed with archival, vegetable based adhesive. The 18 gauge Bronze links are cut out by hand using a Jeweler's saw. The clasp is hand-formed 14K gold-fill wire and the chain was rescued from some outmoded costume jewelry and given a new lease on life.

The alternating colors and patterns allow for a variety of configurations. The wearer can determine the appearance by adjusting individual links by hand, turning the necklace over, or simply “playing it as it lays” and leaving it up to movement and gravity.
