This is a one of a kind ring! featuring a magnificent cabochon, mined in Opal Butte Oregon, with bright orange and red colors. A bezel setting of fine and sterling silver allows light to shine through to show the brilliance of the stone. The ring shank is very heavy and textured. It will fit a size 8 3/4 finger.

Inspiration/Story:
I made this ring for the Flickr RAW (Ring a Week) Challenge. I wanted to make something different, so, put the bezel setting upright on this one. Perfect for this stone! Artists from all over the globe, working with many types of mediums, are participating in this challenge. We will make one ring a week for all of 2011. Have a look!
