Potential just on the edge of fruition provided the right circumstances, support and/or encouragement. Former US Commissioner on Civil Rights Russell G. Redenbaugh stated "there are two kinds of poverty, one is insufficient money for food, clothing, and shelter. The other more grinding and despairing poverty is an absence of opportunity to sell your work in the marketplace and to be valued for the contribution you can make to another. The second kind of poverty allows for no dignity". That holds such impact - a poverty of the mind, the lack of opportunity for each of us to contribute to mankind.
