2010, destroyed Windows DVD’s thread, packaging, screw driver, 6” x 6” x 7” My brand new SONY laptop stopped working 6 months after I bought it. They made me replace my own hard drive and reinstall Windows. They even gave me a free screwdriver. This piece expresses my frustration from being on hold for weeks with different technicians from SONY. I microwaved and drilled into the Windows DVD's, I tore up the packaging. I ultimately want to mail this piece back to them.
