Oh yes and it is irregular in a regular kind of way. It is a blanket or buttonhole stitch but when I get bored I add a twist or change direction.

The first one I made took 3 months and is in the National museums of Scotland. Now I can do one in about 3 days, that doesn't include the time it takes to take a TV to pieces, it is about one tv per hat
