i absolutely love your use of shells! you've taken something that is often trite when used in craft and totally elevated it. the mix of materials and color is just stunning. i especially love the 4th, 14th, and 15th slides. can't wait to see more from you!

Dear Barbara :

Welcome to crafthaus, the network for artists, craftsmen/women ! I am very glad you joined us !

Please add thoughts to the blogs and discussion forums that are already posted. Of course, if there is something else you'd much rather talk about, please add that to the site so that the rest of us can chime in.

I really hope you will enjoy being with this network and find the exchanges interesting and fun. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it, for sure.

Please note that crafthaus is a fully member-financed website, meaning that a small annual fee is involved in being a member . You will find all the necessary information on how to go about this in the FAQs section of the site. Your membership fee ($20 for a year or $35 for 2 yrs) is due June 15 and is payable through paypal (preferred, a direct link is provided on crafthaus) check or credit card (email me -crafthauseditor@live.com-for details.)

Finally, if there are ever any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email me anytime. I will do my best to be of help.

Again: Welcome and enjoy !

Call for artists....

"Behind the Brooch"

I have always thought that the back of a jewelry piece is as important as the front. If you feel the same way, consider sending images of the front and backside of your brooches to Lorena Angulo asap. Lorena is looking for images to place in a future crafthaus online exhibition!
