Christine Dhein is a jewelry designer, author, photographer and educator. Many of her innovative designs combine precious metals and gems with recycled rubber. She is the Assistant Director and an Instructor at the Revere Academy of Jewelry Arts, in San Francisco, where she recently developed a curriculum for a “Green Jewelry” class. Christine’s jewelry has been featured in many books and magazines including Art Jewelry Today 2, 500 Wedding Rings, 500 Lockets & Pendants, Modern Jewelry from Modular Parts, The Art and Craft of Making Jewelry, 1000 Rings, 500 Necklaces, 500 Earrings, and Chain Mail Jewelry, Jewelry Artist, G Z Art and Design, Art Jewelry. Look for her article, “Green at the Bench” in the November issue of JCK Magazine.

Christine is the founder "Green Jewelry News," a monthly electronic newsletter, designed to keep jewelers up to date with “green” news, events, and exhibitions along with eco-friendly studio practices and tips for daily living.
