Baltimore ACC show

Posted on March 1, 2009 at 11:29pm 3 Comments

Well, another ACC show is behind me and this one was much better than I anticipated. I attribute it to having mostly new designs, some new display elements, and good help in my booth. It's nice to know that people were actually out there shopping.

Deb, I have always admired your work.  I hadn't seen the pieces with beaded accents before...are they from a new body of work?

Hello Deb!
Wow! I was a student of yours at the Mendocino Art Center a few years ago, maybe more than 6 years? Deb Weld was in our class too. Remember? I learned so much from you and have been pursuing my own art jewelry career since then. I work mostly with metal clay right now and I talk about your week long class often. YOU taught me how to solder on the pin backs! I have your beautiful big red daisy pin with a black & white spotted center that I treasure! Anyway, nice to meet up with you again here at Crafthaus!
