hi gary. i'd like to make powder coating an option for my students in an upcoming assignment. do you have any advice about where to purchase a sampling of colors, techniques for success and/or handouts. i remember that you had worked through trail and error to create a system that works really well for you. i'd appreciate any advice that you can give me. thank you!

Hi Gary Please look at our calls for Crafthaus artists-

Earthly Pleasures http://crafthaus.ning.com/group/crafthausexhibition/forum/topics/open-call-earthly-pleasures

Me, Myself and I will be our 7th show http://crafthaus.ning.com/group/crafthausexhibition/forum/topics/open-callme-myself-and-i

Sitting Pretty Part 2 is what the exhibition will look like http://crafthaus.ning.com/group/sittingprettytheartsittingpretty

A show at Crafthaus has more of an audience then a gallery and offers a permanent stage to the world. We do love gallery shows, but at Crafthaus submission is easy, doesn't cost anything for members. In addition to our calls there are others you may be interested in.

We try to make the submission process as painless as possible! If you have any questions please let us know.
Regards,
Glen & Marie

Spring Break - A Holiday And A New Suit

I've been on holiday! Last thing on my bench were the silver "rabbit in a hat" charms, one of which I managed to set and polish: This one has 24 x 1.8mm garnets round it and I'm making others with sapphires, rubies and mixed stones. One of my colleagues has commented that it is something of a departure from the "horrific" pieces made from…See More

Heather Woof - Windswept

Heather is a jeweler working with a range of metals, from silver and gold, to titanium and steel. She regards her work as wearable sculpture on a miniature scale creating forms that capture a sense of movement and challenge the perception of static and fluid, hard and soft. Heather works from her studio in Edinburgh, UK.…See More
