Invisible:VisAble Exhibition

Art can be a way to heal. Many artists privately face invisible medical and mental illness challenges that others are unaware of because they look, and act, absolutely normal. Some artists creatively tap into these challenges and give voice to them through a variety of mediums and styles. Invisible:VisAble, curated by artist Leisa Rich, is an art exhibition that features several artists whose art works are informed by their challenges. It is to be held in Atlanta October 30-November 27, 2015 at…See More

"Most fabulous. All my work is narrative too. It is an urge that grew in me and has slowly permeated my entire practice. I now don't think I could work in any other way. Really looking forward to Chapter 2."

Hello Lieta,

Welcome to crafthaus, the network for craft artists and those who support them! I am very glad you joined us! Your crafthaus membership is valid through October 15, 2015.

Please look around, add your thoughts to the groups, blogs and discussions and post images and video. Crafthaus is a participatory sport so don't hold back. We truly welcome your blogs, discussions and comments. This is the point of crafthaus!

Please note that ALL images sent to the website are vetted to assure a measure of overall quality control. Unlike other image sharing websites, crafthaus is not a "free-for-all". Our members present their work in front of an educated and critical audience so the photos have to be GREAT. Our goal is to show our members' work in the best possible light. From the many images received daily, we aim to post as many as possible. Crafthaus heartily encourages comments from the membership, however, with regard to photos posted or not, we have a strict "NO WHINING" policy in effect! If your images don't get posted they do not meet crafthaus quality standards. Please refer to the photo guidelines under the FAQ tab for questions.

If there are ever any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email me via crafthauseditor at live dot com, I will do my best to be of help. I hope you will enjoy being with this network, and will find the exchanges interesting and fun. If you have some time, please take a look at this document, it provides background info about our network and can help to get you off to a good start.

Again: Welcome !
Brigitte Martin
