I have been thinking of you! I bought that book you recommended to me (back in january) about landscapes, but like most books I buy, I have yet to read it! It tempts me while I am grading basic students riveting projects...Hope you are well.
Dear Marjorie- Thank you for your kind appraisal of my work. I am very interested in reading your forthcoming article as I've had a longtime interest in the subject. In your research have you come across any Memento Mori books of interest?
I would like to recommend two books that you may 'enjoy': 'Death and the Creative Life' by Lisl Goodman and 'Art and Fear' by David Bayles & Ted Orland.
I would also like to share an image of a recent piece made to commemorate some friends' wedding vows: http://www.kimericlilot.com/comm10/
Good luck and thanks again. Kim.
