Hello Sue...I cannot pass up the chance to say hi to someone from Bristol. My wife, Pauline, was born there and I taught at the Bristol Poly some years ago along with Wally Keeler, Mo Jupp, Nick Homoky, George Reiner and David Robinson...ceramics. We come to Bristol often and hope to look you up. We have a close friend who is a jeweler from Southport. His name is Alan Phillips, now retired from teaching. Glad to see you are now a part of Brigitte's team. Cheers, Tom Supensky. www.tomsupensky.com.
Welcome to crafthaus, the network for craft artists and those who support them! I am very glad you joined us! Your crafthaus membership is valid through August 15, 2014.
Please look around, add your thoughts to the groups, blogs and discussions and post images and video. Crafthaus is a participatory sport so don't hold back. We truly welcome your blogs, discussions and comments. This is the point of crafthaus!
Please note that ALL images sent to the website are vetted to assure a measure of overall quality control. Unlike other image sharing websites, crafthaus is not a "free-for-all". Our members present their work in front of an educated and critical audience so the photos have to be GREAT. Our goal is to show our members' work in the best possible light. From the many images received daily, we aim to post as many as possible. Crafthaus heartily encourages comments from the membership, however, with regard to photos posted or not, we have a strict "NO WHINING" policy in effect! If your images don't get posted they do not meet crafthaus quality standards. Please refer to the photo guidelines under the FAQ tab for questions.
If there are ever any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to email me via crafthauseditor at live dot com, I will do my best to be of help. I hope you will enjoy being with this network, and will find the exchanges interesting and fun.
Again: Welcome !
