I am a .... Example: Student, Maker, Educator, etc.
Currently I am running the Metals area at ASU. I love working with the students here, and am lucky to have such a well rounded shop to teach from. We cover so many techniques and concepts, my "job" never has a dull moment.
I enjoy fabricating sulpture large and small, as well as installation and wearable art mainly with non ferrous stock. I enjoy alloying and heat manipulating, fusing and casting, and then using these elements to create cohesive units in series.

Hey Victoria! Nice to hear from you. Things are good up here, I'm still trying to work my way in to the Portland art scene but I'm loving the possibilities. I sure miss all my art people though. I see you're still at Arrowmont? True? Are you loving it?

Great! I have so many students interested in mokume gane, and I SUCK at it...would you ever consider coming out as a visiting artist and give a demo? (pardon my shamelessness in asking!)

Victoria, your work is amazing!! I'm so glad you are in the first five exhibition. My students think you are a goddess! It's the mokume that really gets them going...
