- Metalistería - the art of metalsmithing - was founded in 2004 by Francisca Kweitel and Marina Molinelli Wells with the aim to create a place exclusively dedicated to contemporary jewellelry.
The work is shown in hanging-lightened boxes, which provide a smooth and inviting context to be appreciated.
Metalistería gives each and every designer the chance to express their own personal style in their collections and unique pieces.
Since mid 2007 we have initiated a new phase where we include many other jewellers, artists and designers whose work we sincerely admire.
Apart from permanent guests, we offer a special place for an itinerant guest which lets us show the work of more artists and create a greater dynamic in the content of space.
Metalistería exposes a wide range of speeches, creating a more interesting content within the discipline that gathers us: contemporary jewellery.
