Right now we are working with the Santa Fe community to bring together student and professional jewelers for the October Makeover. We are re-designing our curriculum to more effectively bring participants up to speed on ethical practices and sourcing for jewelry. We are looking for a house to rent while in Santa Fe (at a non-profit rate (as close to free as possible)) so that all of our project assistants and documentarians can stay under one roof. The silver piece is how I figured out my pin catch on an open back before I jumped into it on the gold custom design. I have worked with fold-formed spirals on other pieces and still love the fluid quality.
