I seem to have spent an hour talking about the viability of making a living in the arts.

I seem to have spent an hour talking about the viability of making a living in the arts. As if America didn't have enough problems already. The good news is the whole conversation was recorded in three fairly easily digestible segments so you don't have to feel bad if you can only spend 20 minutes on any of this at a time before you have to get actual work done again. It's ok.
Thank you VERY MUCH to the Vancouver Metal Arts Guild. Especially warm thanks to my hosts Louise Perrone and Jan Smith, who wined and dined me in Vancouver last year. Thanks for sending the link to the conversation. It was great fun.

Thank you, Kimberly. I thought it was a do-able approach and I hope it sparked something.

I enjoyed listening to these videos over the course of several days while in my studio. Thank you for sharing them, and for being a loud and clear voice for studio work and fine craft. That was great advice that you gave the guild about how to market the individual studios with a map!
