PARTICIPATORY SPORT FOR CRAFT ARTISTS
Line Jorddal Jewelry, made from recycled odds and ends consisting of a combination of precious material and garbage, old toys, jewellery donated by friends and strangers, dirty plastic, silver chains, Swarovski crystals and stuff found on the floor in a bar, Jorddal creates wearable art that is unique, innovative and out of this world.
Her inspiration stems from a rather unusual corners as she herself puts it: Lisa Walker, Las Vegas, old women filling their houses with fake flowers, gold and glitter, shallowness and Arne Næss (Fellow Norwegian eco-philosopher) - just to name a few.
Jorddals creations are an eclectic melange of Andy Warhol meets Sid Vicious having tea with Robert Smith at a Green-conscious tea party. Line Jorddal is sold in London and Oslo and has been worn as works of art on stage, featured in Oslo Fashion Week and traveled in magazine pages From Norway to Japan.
