Submit entries via www.callforentry.org. Only entries submitted through this website will be accepted.

*Submission:*
• You may submit ONLY ONE OR TWO works of art maximum via digital images. You are allotted four images so that you may include up to two details total if applicable. IF YOU INCORRECTLY SUBMIT MORE THAN TWO WORKS OF ART, ONLY THE FIRST TWO WORKS WILL BE REVIEWED!
• One-page resume (for exhibition publicity if accepted) - uploaded.
• Non-refundable processing fee of $25 payable to Artspace (via credit card or check).

*Juror:* Gwynne Rukenbrod. Rukenbrod, an accomplished glass artist, is currently the Executive Director of Handmade in America in Asheville, NC. Previously she has served as Curator of Fine Craft at the Houston Center for Contemporary Craft, a nonprofit organization founded to advance education about the process, product, and history of craft; Executive Director of the International Society of Glass Beadmakers; Art Curator of The Works (the Ohio Center for History, Art and Technology); and the Director of Columbus’ Days of Creation Arts for Kids.

*Calendar*
June 22, 2012 - October 4, 2012: Timeframe for submitting completed entries via www.callforentry.org

October 4, 2012: Entries must be submitted via www.callforentry.org by 11:59pm MT.

October 26, 2012: Acceptance notification (by email)

November 24 – Dec 1, 2012: Accepted work due at Artspace (10am-6pm, closed Sunday; ring bell for Monday deliveries)

December 7, 2012: Opening Reception (6-10pm) & Awards Presentation (7:30pm)

January 12, 2013: Exhibition closes

January 14-16, 2013: Pick up/ship works (ring bell on Mondays)

*Awards*
All accepted entries will be listed in an exhibition brochure.
Best of Show - $750
Second Place, Award of Distinction - $500
Third Place, Award of Merit - $250
Honorable Mentions (2) - $50 each

*Shipping & Transportation*
Entries must be hand-delivered or shipped to Artspace November 24 – December 1 between 10am-6pm (no Sunday deliveries; ring bell on Mondays). All shipping and transportation costs are the responsibility of the artist. Shipped entries must be sent in a reusable container. Artists must pay for return shipping. If accepted, you must either submit a prepaid return shipping label or email a prepaid shipping label by January 14.

*Liability*
Artspace assumes the responsibility of insuring and caring for works of art selected for exhibition while at Artspace according to a contractual agreement with each artist.

*Sales*
Artspace will retain a commission of 30% of the retail price of each work sold from the exhibit. Work in the exhibit does not have to be for sale.

Showing Publicly and Building a Legacy Privately

For the next 13 months we'll discuss the trials, triumphs, and tribulations of exhibiting  in art shows as emerging artists and established artists. Exhibition coverage will be balanced with tips on how to strategically build a legacy over a length of time, in a way that makes sense to your individual goals as an artist and maker. 

Join us each month! There will be surprises around every corner, with photos, videos, SNAG conference coverage, and occasional interviews by rising artists!
