Craft Forward begins today. This is no joke. Find out about the future of craft.

Friday afternoon (April 1) is the opening event for Craft Forward, the reception for Manufractured and the keynote address by Glenn Adamson. These two events are the high points of Craft Forward for me!

If you live in the San Francisco Bay area come to the reception at California College for the Arts, Oliver Arts Center, 5212 Broadway, Oakland, CA.
I have two major pieces in the exhbition.

Next travel to San Francisco for the keynote address by Glenn Adamson at Mission Bay Conference Center, UCSF, San Francisco. I look forward to meeting Glenn Adamson for the first time (even though I have corresponded with him recently).

Stay tuned for daily blog posts about Craft Forward.

Future posts
will be on ASK Harriete and in the Craft Forward Group.

Subscribe to ASK Harriete for the daily posts until I cover every lecture which will take about two weeks.

Discussion continues with thought provoking issues in the Craft Forward Group on Crafthaus.
The Craft Forward Group can be found anytime, on every page in the right hand column on Crafthaus.

Crafthaus member  emiko oye will be posting lots of images.   Check back to watch the game board change. GAME ON! Roll the dice, Craft Forward, Advance your piece.
