Design extraordinaire and pure craftsmanship is on show at Gallery Libby Sellers in London. Eindhoven-based designers Formafantasma exhibit four bodies of their work: Craftica, Botanica, Colony and Moulding Tradition. In their Craftica collection they pay "homage to leather". Working with discarded off-cuts and discarded skins from the food industry they investigate the diversity and origins of leather through a collection of beautifully handcrafted lights, stools and vessels. In Formafantasma's Moulding Tradition "there is a series of stripped down ceramic vessels that have been informed by the ongoing Sicilian ceramic tradition of "teste di moro", copies of the 17th century vases from the Caltagirone region of Sicily that portray a grotesque Moorish face".

Above all in their work there is superb design, attention to detail and fine time-honoured techniques.
