PARTICIPATORY SPORT FOR CRAFT ARTISTS
Amazon.com is looking for a driven, experienced business leader for our Jewelry business. The role includes The role includes P&L responsibility over the Jewelry retail business, managing a team responsible for vendor relationship management and negotiations, driving sales/promotions, pricing and cost improvements for the business on Amazon and endless, as well as improving overall efficiency of the organization. The candidate would be responsible for meeting revenue, margin, profitability, brand/selection expansion, in-stock and process/efficiency improvement targets. Additionally, the candidate will play a leadership role outside of the candidate’s direct team in areas such as operations, retail systems, and process improvement. This is a key leadership role in a fast growing and dynamic Amazon category, with a lot of growth opportunity and the chance to drive a best-in-class customer experience.
The ideal candidate will excel in analytics, effectively managing people/organizations, data-driven decision making, process improvement, and negotiation/vendor management. The candidate will have proven experience delivering results both within and outside his/her organization. The successful candidate will utilize and expand skills in e-commerce business management, vendor negotiations, leading a team and ultimately in running a large retail business.

For the next 13 months we'll discuss the trials, triumphs, and tribulations of exhibiting in art shows as emerging artists and established artists.
