Thank you Brigitte. What a great website Crafthaus is. It is high quality in every way and very easy to navigate. I'm proud to have my work shown on it and looking forward to all the information and opportunites it provides.
i just typed in a comment to maureen zappelini....post about silver prices and after i hit add comment, it said it has to be approved before it can be posted. i'm wondering if i did something wrong or didn't follow proper procedure. thanks so much. anne
right back at ya. i am really looking forward to this event. i've been giving lessons to artists all over the place on how to price their work. they are usually in shock when they find out how to do it and that it isn't a guessing game--that there really is a method. and they also find out they are way undervaluing their time. one gallery that has 3 fab young ladies running it raised their prices after they saw the proper procedure.
I am really excited to see the development of crafthaus since its beginning and seeing it further evolve. It is a great network with tons of interesting info to read.
Congratulations on all your achievements! Thank you.

Treasures from Taiwan - a crafthaus online exhibition shows contemporary metal art and jewelry from 11 Taiwanese contemporary emerging artists. Treasures from Taiwan will be highlighted on Crafthaus as an online exhibition from May 8 to June 7, 2013.
I'll leave my Toronto report with a few notes about the conference lectures and presentations. I'd have to say that there certainly was a mosaic of diversity in the 3+ days at the Royal York Hotel. From Damian Skinner's stoic keynote series on the jewelry making/marketing universe in his musical New Zealand accent, through a series of very short "rapid-fire" presentations by a wide variety of artists, to the Professional Development Seminar that lashed the artists and their works to the…See More
"Just got tickets for myself and another friend for the concert... we'll be on the dance floor, too! Can't wait to see Santana live... more excited for the extra-curriculars, than the jewelry show itself... YAY! The roller…"

"Regardless of concert, we could meet Saturday morning and walk into show together... I do want to show you the extra chasing tools at some point (hope I remember to pack them - note to self), in case you want any of them :) Here's my cell…"
"Im doing the standing room only on the dance floor at Santana. I stand all day at my work bench so standing through a concert is no biggie for me.
Otherwise, after the show or the next morning we could have breakfast and head into the jewelry…"
"Hi Steve welcome to the group! Been sifting through the SNAG conference pictures and info to compile entries for this week, for those who didn't have the chance to attend -in the meantime, thanks for your patience. I'd love to hear your…"
"So glad you'll be able to buzz through show... it is HUGE, I hear, so probably difficult to meet up there.
I was thinking about seeing Santana... maybe I'll bite the bullet and we could meet up there. What section are your…"

Hi Brigitte,
I know the Justified sinner but I am not aware of the others but will drop a message to them.
I am so busy trying to tie up my BA at the moment so there will be little activity at the moment .
I have already found it a fascinating browse and plan to investigate further and also put my deggree show work on my page.
