Dead Weight is a device that resolves the inability to move forward caused from overwhelming awareness of my own everyday expectations. This kinetic sculpture is made of steel, wood, and rope. The overall drawn esthetic of the sculpture is to reference my adolescent-style of drawing and make the sculpture a little more light-hearted.
