I donated to SNAG's annual appeal last year, and my choice of perk was a brooch by the fabulously talented and hilariously funny Andrew Kuebeck. It arrived in the mail today and is so awesome, my pictures don't do it justice. Great packaging too and then some photos thrown in for good measure. It's like Christmas, Easter and Birthday all in one.
I am so thrilled with this piece! #snagmember

"GAZE", 2015
Sterling, Fine Silver, Enamel, Copper, Image on Enamel.
One of the photos that came with the piece. If you look closely, you can see a similarly posed individual (the silhouette of him) etched into the metal of the brooch.
Lid of the wooden box the piece came in. Inside, the brooch was nestled in black cardboard within a cutout of the shape of the brooch. Great way to safely store the work during transport too. Well done.
