The Association for Contemporary Jewellery

is devoted to the promotion, representation, understanding and development of contemporary jewellery in the United Kingdom and abroad.

Founded as a membership association in 1997 and registered as a Limited Company in 2006, it recognises a need to foster discussion, debate and critical review and interaction amongst its members. To this end we organise conferences, lectures, seminars, workshops and an annual general meeting for our members. Our regular newsletter, findings, features reviews, information, comment, book offers and discounts and is of benefit to both our members and the wider public. We also produce a monthly e-bulletin featuring news and opportunities.

We welcome as members practising jewellers, associated designers and crafts people, educators, students, gallery owners and retailers, museum curators, critics and collectors - indeed, anyone with an interest in contemporary jewellery.

Publish for free your job & collaboration offers*!

Dear Craftsmen,

The prosperity, sustainability and sometimes even the survival of art workshops depend on makers’ capacity to find qualified employees, apprentices and external collaborators. Sometimes crafts workshops close due to lack of a buyer and all their tools and know-how are lost forever.
At Madineurope, we think it is important to offer our members an efficient platform for sharing about on these crucial issues. We will soon create a new section on the portal www.madineurope.eu to post:
Your job offers
Your search for collaboration
The transfer of your business
The sales and research of tools and materials
To launch this new section, we propose to all our members to publish for FREE any announcement that will be sent to us from now until May 31.
Thereafter the announcement will be included among the options of the registration pack 3.
Note: The ad will automatically link to your profile on Mad'in Europe to provide more information about your activities. It is therefore very important that your profile is up-to-date and complete.
You are welcome to send us your ad by following this format:
Your name :
Name of the workshop
Activity:
Content of the ad:
Dates:
Contact :

Feel free to add images if you think it's necessary.

Send it to this email address : info@madineurope.eu with
the following object "Job & Collaboration Announcement"

We hope that this new service will help to boost the craft sector in Europe by facilitating mobility and the exchange of know-how.
Do not hesitate to contact us for any information or suggestion.
Best wishes
