Just came back from a week at Touchstone. We highly recommend it. The blacksmithing facility is like metal heaven. One of the best we've ever seen. Metal working studio is very well equipped too. Adam and staff give 110% to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. And then there is Chef Roger... who makes the food. This guy is a total hoot! He's a trained 4star chef who runs his own restaurant in the area that Adam has snagged to do the food at Touchstone. Crazy fun.
