I'm excited to report that this piece "Homage to Emily Dickinson" was selected for the WIVLA - Women in the Visual and Literary arts: Earth/Energy: Through Women's Eyes Exhibiton. The show opens March 2 and will be up until May 2, 2013 at the Houston Library Central, Downtown.

Emily Dickinson and I team up once again. This time it is in honor of her poem "Bring me the Sunset' This piece is currrently on display at Glassell School of Art Upper Gallery. Thank you to Jan Harrell, Teacher of the Enamels/ Metals Department at Glassell for guiding me in this first sculptural endeavor. Vitreous Enamel, Silkscreen Enamel, Decal enamel, Chasing & Repousse, found objects and facsimiles of actual letter and notes of the great and brilliant Emily Dickinson.
