Intimate Spaces in Boxes and Books
Instructor: Sandy Webster
June 1 – 3
10am – 5pm
We will learn the basics of box construction as well as a variety of book forms. The selection of materials and forms will be in support of each student’s collected piece or pieces that need a special place to reside. False floors, hidden drawers, shrines and niches are all possible in this workshop that builds a home and journal for the small objects and stories we need to keep close. Beginner to advanced – bring your special treasures – or just bring your ideas.
Course # 12613 $350. (materials list to follow)
