I'm Back

OK. The big planetary job I was busy with will become very public in April,
and I'll be able to make some noise about it then.
Seems like ages since I've posted. Ages again since I was able to do some metal work.
Two of the rings I did complete near the end of the year wound up getting sold.
I failed to get photos, but will grab the adorned fingers
when next they come through town.
In the mean time, here are four in various stages.

This next week I'll be starting several which will be done the way that original fish ring was made...
which I learned from Victoria Lansford
when she taught at the Peninsula School of Art in Door County Wisconsin.
The planetary job had me so intensely focused on drawing, that I did nothing BUT drawing for those nine weeks. I'm SO overdue for some good relief arting! All my chasing/repousse happens here, in my own studio...so it will be an easy promise to document it all for you...the good and the bad....and whatever the results are.
