As many of you know, SNAG members are always hard at work in the studio and out! Here are a few updates of what our members are up to:

One of my favorite highlights of the SNAG NeXt conference in Asheville was the Halstead Challenge Exhibition. A limited number of members were able to snag a materials kit, provided by Halstead. Using what was provided in said kit, they then had to create a piece with a kinetic component. I was so impressed with all the works in this exhibition. For those of  you that missed it, here's a link to videos of these works in kinetic action.

Thanks to Catie Sellers for uploading all these!

Also on the SNAG YouTube page is Faces of Change, the annual student slide show. I always make it a point to see the student slide show, but managed to miss it this year. I'm super excited that I still have the opportunity to check it out, and moving it to the top of my "To Watch" list. You can peep it here.

Also from the conference, and also on YouTube, is emiko oye's presentation. Definitely worth a watch!

Want to get involved? Don't worry! Opportunities abound for exhibitions!
