sculptural jewellery in ethical silver
I am self-taught and only came out into the wider jewellery world in 2009 after many years of making jewellery for myself and a small circle of private clients.
Stunned by the myriad of environmental issues related to jewellery making I have become active in promoting responsible jewellery, using 100% recylced silver and occassionaly bio resin, "green gold" and found objects.
Currently writing articles on sustainable jewellery for the Goldsmith Magazin and collaborating with others to orgnaise an ethical jewellery exhibition and award as well as create a one-stop website with information for other jewellers whishing to work sustainably.
