Call for artists: Crafting Resistance

The Visual Arts Center gallery at Boise State University is seeking artists nationwide working in ceramics, glass, metal, wood, found materials, printmaking, textiles, fibers, and paper for a group exhibition titled Crafting Resistance.
The curator is seeking works for the exhibition that create awareness or call for change in political issues, racial and social justice, environmental issues, and human and equal rights.

Submission deadline: January 4th, 2017 emailed to [e-mail]
Artists notified of selection: no later than January 9th, 2017
Artwork delivery/shipping deadline: January 18th, 2017
Exhibition: January 26th – March 28th, 2017
Artists may submit up to 4 images for consideration by exhibition curator Kirsten Furlong, Gallery Director of the Visual Arts Center.
