The 17th annual Art In The Pearl Fine Arts and Crafts Festival takes place Labor Day weekend in the beautiful and historic North Park Blocks of Portland, Oregon. Considered one of the nation’s premier art festivals, Art In The Pearl features the artwork of 130 artists from across the USA and Canada. The Festival is developed and produced by a dedicated volunteer board of local artists. Our focus is on promoting the arts, educating the public, and strengthening a bond with the community.
