Colorado Center for Metal Arts to open in Pueblo, CO

VIA Michael BOYD on fb:

OK, here we go! We will soon be opening the Colorado Center for Metal Arts. A couple years ago I sold my house and bought a building in the historic district of Pueblo, Colorado. The building has 3,000 sq feet of studio space with a couple of small apartments upstairs, one of which I will live in. This project has taken twice as long and cost twice as much as I had ever anticipated but we are now close enough to being able to convert what once was my "temporary" living space of the last couple years into studios. I will be moving upstairs into an apartment at last!

The Colorado Center for Metal Arts will be a collaborative effort between myself, Nan McCain Blair, and Pattie Parkhurst to create a community of metal artists with a combination of private bench and studio spaces, communal studio space, exhibition space as well as a large area we will be using for classes and workshops.

Stay tuned, as studio and bench spaces become available and workshops are scheduled we will be posting them on the Colorado Center for Metal Arts website, coloradocenterformetalarts.com., and Facebook page @coloradocenterformetalarts
