Anne, Your enamels are looking great!  I am doing well down here, in my final year, so excited to get done and back out into the world!   I am thinking about doing Three Rivers this coming year, how about you? 

Well, Anne, it is always good to be able to know that you are doing something interesting and different, as you are. It doesn't matter if you don't have the skills to do everything that everyone else (on Crafthaus) can do; neither do I! (Especially enamelling.)

Thanks for the kind comments. It is always lovely to see work so very different from my own. I almost never use enamels as I don't have the skill-set or the patience and what you are doing is quite unique.

I haven't totally abandoned metalsmithing, but I was just diagnosed with a life-altering illness that doesn't allow me to use my hands in the same way.  I have always done work with paper and 2-D mixed media pieces and right now that is still feasible.  However, I would like to explore some other materials as well.  I guess we'll see what happens. 

Thanks for the comment!  I am also a big fan of your work.  I was originally a metalsmith and can truly appreciate the craftsmanship that goes into your pieces - absolutely beautiful!

Heya Anne!  Thanks for the add and for the comment on my barnacle brooch!  I'm actually working on a larger piece along a similar theme right now.
