I am an artist, writer and comedian. This is me writing about myself in the third person:

Charlotte Young is an artist, writer and comedian. Her work has been described as ‘Very, very funny…Truly original’ (British Theatre Review), ‘pure nonsense’ and ‘head-f******’ (Artvehicle). Jim Bob from Carter the Unstoppable Sex Machine gave her Edinburgh Fringe 2010 show an 8 star review (Twitter).

Young has performed with or worked alongside artists such as Bob & Roberta Smith, Robin Ince, and Billy Childish. She is a regular contributor to 3:AM Magazine. In 2008 she received the Owen Rowley Award for Art (£600) but did not invest this money wisely and is now receiving benefits.
