It's labour day! So lets honour all our labours of love!

I'd like to share with you some wonderful studios, workshops and spaces in Toronto where you can explore your various labours of love! From Jewellery design, to pottery, to handmade card classes, Toronto has places to learn, work, and communicate with fellow artisan's.

Made You Look is a gallery and studio space. Bench's can be rented by month.

 

Nanopod studios is downtown on Harbord Street and offers a unique range of classes from glass to metal to lost wax casting! 

 

Harbourfront Center offers artist recidencies as well as classes in glass blowing, jewellery, ceramics, and textiles including feltmaking, and screen printing. A wonderful place to visit and watch artists at work, and learn some new techniques!

 

Are you clothes looking a little threadbare? Sew your way to style with The Sewing Workshop! Offers unique and fun classes.

 

Looking to take a class in jewellery and work alongside talented goldsmiths? Jewel Envy offers tons of classes from basic fabrication to enamelling! Bench rental also available!

 

Here's a REAL Labour of love! Create your OWN wedding bands at The Devil's Workshop in Queen West. Be sure to check out all the other amazing courses in metal, glass, and jewellery design.
