I really enjoyed my visit to The Design Museum's latest exhibition "Unexpected Pleasures".  The Design Museum is in a great location by Tower Bridge, London and this was the first contemporary jewellery exhibition put on by the museum.  I was really impressed by the range and international flavour of the show even if the display and lighting could have been better.  I've put a bit of a review on my blog: Review of Unexpected Pleasures The full review will hopefully appear in Findings Magazine in the spring edition.

Anyone else been to Unexpected Pleasures? What did you think? Been to any other good jewellery exhibitions recently?

I will be in the South East next weekend and will try to get to see it. It looks very exciting.

It's always inspiring being in a room full of diverse jewellery artworks, I've had an idea up my sleeve for some new work and that sort of thing always gets me fired up and thinking! I hope you enjoy it if you go - there's a good cafe there too.
