I am looking to open a retail studio in the Lawrenceville section of Pittsburgh. An up coming and artsy neighborhood- I am looking at a space of between 1200 and 2000 feet- 500 retail and the rest office and studio-
In these times I am sort or reluctant to go in alone as the $$$ is tight- so I am looking for like minded metalworkers would like to share. I would like to join up with 2-3 different artists to make it happen- I bring lots of fun tools including CAD/CAM and 20 plus years of experience.
