Vicious II and Orgone Accumulator

Two pendants made from sewing-machine needles found in an abandoned sweatshop in Clydebank, Scotland.

Vicious II (Left): silver, found needles and a corroded, found washer.

Orgone Accumulator (Right): silver, found needles, iron wire from a building site, rusted ferrule from a discarded chisel, frosted quartz, natural sapphire crystal.

Comment by The Justified Sinner on October 22, 2010 at 3:40pm: You might be right about this. I've never really been happy about it being blue. Fortunately, my photographer is wholly digital and can change the backgrounds at will. I will ask him to send me a sample with the background white.

Do you think the dark background actually has to be black?
Is this a genre of photographs that I am not appreciating fully?
I wonder what other people think?.
On the white backgrounds I can see the whole necklace.
